Mobile Home?
hello BP world,
I am a beginner investor. I saw a very run down single wide on a very desirable piece of land. The trailer was in complete disrepair. There were ton of junk in the yard too. Is this worth taking on?
Can people weigh in on mobile homes versus value of the property?

@Arnold Oh just make sure if you can replace the trailer. You should check with the zoning department. In some areas, they do not allow mobile home anymore.
