If they don't have experience they are unlikely to be in a position to advise.  

This might be a positive for you as there might be a lack of affordable housing in your area, which could be a positive for your vacancy rate.

From all your feedback and from more thoughts on our side, we decided it was worth the cost to run the vent outside.

Whenever I am asked for a referral, I happily point them to links of people writing positive reviews about our company on BP, Facebook, Google, etc., but I would never give someone my clients' name or information.
