Business Name Suggestions

Sylvia Becea
Posted
Hi All! I am totally new to the investing world. I just took some classes recently on how to invest and now getting started. I am a little stuck on a name because most names I came up with sound like they are only for flipping. However, I will be wholesaling and flipping. Does any one have any ideas on how to combine the two? I understand that the name should be simple but also represent what you business offers. Thanks All in advance!

Start investing. Worry about the name later. I didn't get an LLC until I already owned 8 properties. You will probably be borrowing in your own name anyway initially. You can talk to your attorney about your specific liability protection needs. Mine didn't see me needing the protection of an LLC until I grew larger but advised liability insurance.

To further answer your question, my company is Maid Stone Properties LLC. Maid Stone is the street of my first rental.

Yep 👍
