And at heart of it, telemarketing is dead, dosn't work 99.999% of time, what does work is talking on a human level, connecting, and presenting solutions for persons problems, and how one discovers is from.... just talking.

Once you have some property ownership and investing experience under your belt, start looking at out of state or whatever else your heart desires. 

I would have sold in a heart beat if they offer way over market  everything is for sale for the right price.
