Has anyone ever been nervous to call about there first potential deal? I’m having a bit of analyzation paralyzation and I feel like I’ve found some good properties, but I can’t really tell for sure. Does anyone have any beginner tips/advice?

Yes I had nerves. But guess what. I quit my job first, and then I started wholesaling. I couldn't afford having nerves.
Eyes on the prize my brother! You need to visualize the goal. You need to ask yourself what will happen when you screw up the contract. Then ask your self what will happen if you do NOT screw this up? One will have one angry seller, while the other is never worry about money. Travel when and whit whom you chose where ever you choose. Get 5 people to massage each extremity (one extremity each) of your body, and check this, all at the same time. Being able to call the little people "The Help". Being able to be a douchebag, and the reply of the little people after you being a douchebag to them still remains "yes sir Overlord SIR".

Yeah... nerves? What nerves!

Get out, Dominate, Conquer! Destroy!
