I could write a 10-page paper on why this is the biggest bubble we've seen yet.  98% of what is shown in the media is BS. 

Maketing paper is no different.

He is the GC/Project manager/Expediter/Permit getter/ Layout generator/ Deal finder/ and all around house buider etc. hahaha.

I wonder if they just want me to submit paper work.

As long as you have your reasons to invest the way that you want, I say go for it as long as you are cognizant of the pitfalls as well.Cash flow for out of state investments always look great on paper for those living in high priced areas.

ROI or cash on cash ROI on paper is not my primary focus buying in a higher class neighborhood.

My bottom line on paper was 10% ROI, which is a "not bad" investment. 

I wonder if it would be effective to maybe spritz a tiny bit of cologne on the paper inside the envelope so that it smells as soon as its opened?
