Mobile home parks with 50+ spaces.

My typical day involves spending most of it at a mobile home, quite a way from home.  

I've got rentals and enjoy wholesaling although my intentions are geared towards larger multi units and or mobile home parks in the near future.

Get bored, invest in new media, develop sick app that sells for 2bb.

I am interested in investing in a mobile home for my first deal.  

I belong to a Mastermind group, we meet twice a year in person for 3 days at a resort away from distractions.We also have a weekly scheduled phone call with one mastermind partner.I would like to start a virtual mastermind group & have regular online video conferences & utilized some of latest cool apps & technology. smiletime.com is a pretty cool free site for this.

Is it better to buy a mobile home to rent out or a duplex/single family home?
