Getting Started in Mobile Homes

I am interested in investing in a mobile home for my first deal.  I am working with little money and bad credit.  I am living in a rental house now and am preparing to move.  I want to know if it is feasible to buy a mobile home with payments and live in the property as it is being paid for.  As an exit strategy I would like to create cash flow through renting or selling with payments.
