I would definitely want a partner to show me how to be successful in real estate but then in a huge field like this, its a lot of scam artist in real estate too so me being a newbie I pray someone will mentor me and take me under their wing and show me the ropes the right way...

My name is Ty and like many others I'm just getting started in real estate, looking to use wholesaling to beef up my capital, Fix my credit and afford some breathing room.I REALLY think I need a mentor!

I also hope in the future to be able to act as a funding partner and mentor for new, up and coming real estate investors as a way to help bring them along as others have done for me.Currently SeekingI am seeking Multi-Family, Single Family & Commercial properties in the Wallingford area and/or surrounding towns.  

Take your time and list all the questions you have.Then find a local real estate group or a mentor to answer your questions.Do your homework and learn this part of the business.Save yourself the heartache of mis-steps.
