New To the real estate industry

Hello,

 I am new to the Real Estate Industry and i am looking to do real estate for the rest of of my life. I don't know anything about real estate and want to learn. I have 1 year left before I get my degree in Business Administration Entrepreneurship. I have 1 son and my girlfriend is going to school for nursing. I am excited to learn and take advantage of opportunistic ventures. I look forward and is open to investor and mentor advice (people with skin in the game). i am also open to long term business partnerships and some day hope to give good advice and mentor people just as my future business partners mentor me.
