I'd suggest starting by joining your local Real Estate Investor Association and attending any real estate meet-ups in your area.

The best way to find this would be to contact local PM companies that manage STRs and ask what they charge.

I use a local commercial bank.

Once you pick a market connect with an local agent, PM, contractor etc in the area. 

I think I'll save more by using an experienced local architect that can provide contractor contacts and cost-saving design features and products (like windows, doors, finishes, etc.).  

We are fortunate to have so many events and attractions which do balance out Disney and the other theme parks. 

As I discussed with Tyson at the conclusion of the event, it was very clear that no matter the experience level or how many millions of dollars in capital a panelist has allocated to the build-to-rent business, everyone was there to learn.
