Hello everyone,

I went to school for finance, worked for chase for a couple of years, studied for my GC license and got it. With some previous projects i did in the past. Quit my job and now i want to start my flipping house business. I was trying maybe to find local GC's in the area to work for to get more hands on experience. or throw myself in the ocean and figure out on my own. Everyone is telling me to work for someone first. Need suggestions and advice.
