What season has everyone found to be the best for their STR's? In our area (Orlando / Kissimmee / Davenport), summer is super busy. Here's wishing everyone a prosperous summer!

Hey BP fam,

Yes, summer.  Traditional travel season.  But in Eugene, OR, you have 3 influences: University of Oregon (go Ducks!), the Pacific Ocean is 1 hour west, Cascade Mountains and skiing one hour east.  We stay booked year round, but heavier in the summer.
