Hello everyone, my name is salena. I’ve been learning the ins and out of real estate investing for about a year now, I wasn’t ready then but now I am ready to get in it and give it my all and land my first deal. If anyone has any tips or advice feel free I’m open to learn more

Hey @Salena Miller

Welcome to BP! I'd suggest starting by joining your local Real Estate Investor Association and attending any real estate meet-ups in your area. Find like-minded people that are also looking to or already investing. Figure out exactly what you want to focus on for the year and don't get distracted by the various ways you can make money in real estate. For most people starting with limited capital, it is usually best to start flipping to be able to re-inject capital back in your company. Feel free to connect if you need any advice. Best of luck!
