I have been looking for a while and this property is something very strange that I did foresee me even being interested in but I have a gut feeling and I am interested in at least looking at the property and evaluating my options for not only improving the property but also the next steps of this land after a few years of saving and community improvements. https://sar.paragonrels.com/publink/default.aspx?

In my search I did find a few other smaller local banks that would do commercial style loans that were amortized over 20 years and rate reset every 5 years.

I have been working doing exterior home improvement for the last 3 years and also know how to do basic plumbing and electric so was planning on doing a lot of the work myself.

With this said, is there a way to build multiple searches and add them to your cart essentially?

It was this search for information which led me to Bigger Pockets.Unless I can be convinced otherwise, I'm resigned to not investing locally due to the high market values and high property taxes.

I've just learned that the only winning strategy to combat fear is to constantly learn and improve.

I would like to learn how to search out deals, negotiate and be comfortable with pulling the trigger, as I am sure that can be a difficult part of REI as well.

Those areas have upside as they improve.
