Hunterwood neighborhood in Houston
Hello,
I'm looking to close on an newish SFH auction property in the Hunterwood neighborhood (NE part of Houston, close to crossby/US-90). None of my Houston contacts know about this part of Houston. I'd like get some inputs from folks familiar with that area. Would this be considered a B neighborhood? I believe this is part of the Galena park ISD. Are there any major employers close-by? I'm considering this as a buy-and-hold investment.
Thanks
-Arun
