I intend to buy and hold properties that are a good fit for us and scale upward with others.

I know that investing is not ideal in the Bay Area/San Francisco area right now but I have taken interest in Sacramento.

I deal with homeowners who are in active bankruptcy's on a daily basis.

There's no one answer that fits all, there's one fit that all answers are based on.I think the first way to answer this, is to set the basis for understanding the answer(s).
