Normally, projects that are EB5 eligible will have to generate certain numbers of job created per the investment, along with other key criteria.

Some will do this kind of thing without a seasoning period if you have a job and good credit and can show that the property generates income and is in good rentable shaper.

The more offers you make the more opportunities you generate!
