Any good books on wholesaling?

Seems like wholesaling is one of the most popular topics in real estate investing! Not sure that I would be interested in strictly following that path, but I am open to including it in my investment strategies.

I am curious to know if there are any good books or courses that thoroughly teaches wholesaling?

Hi Orlando.  Great question. The wholesale business is an excellent way to earn cash by selling the contracts you acquire to buyers. The concept is an easy one and you can start a wholesale business on a part time basis. Because the basic concept is easy, this does not mean that it is a snap to become successful. Setting up this kind of business requires the same procedures to set up any type of business.

Technically wholesaling is not real estate investing per se. When a persons buys real property, they have invested in real estate.  The wholesale business can generate cash for you that you can use for any reason. If you want to build cash reserves for the purpose of buying property, this is one way to earn money for that purpose.

There is a lot of information available here on BP about how to start a wholesale business.  it is a terrific business, and one I love. Hope this helps.
