I am certainly open to looking at something that needs work, but I don't think I can handle a total rehab at this point.And I agree that anything online is already public and widely viewable.

@Joshua MartinI know, it was beyond belief to say the least. lolYea, when I said "Full disclosure from the initial contact," I don't necessarily mean the 1st phone conversation.

Do I need an arm's length transaction(Section 482)  and if so, how do I do that?
