How to find owner of a clearly vacant home to buy?

Hi, I drive thru a single family home every morning that clearly looks vacant. I have the address and looked into propertyshark online for info on the house and owner. I got a name, now, how do I go about contacting them and confirming the ownership and see if they're interested in selling? Is there any places I can find more details of the home? I'm a realtor and there's no info on the house in MRIS either... First time as Real Estate Investor and this house is telling me "invest on me" :)

any help would be greatly appreciated!
