I'm not looking for any "trade secrets", guru shortcuts, or hand-holding exercises, but rather every day stories, in summary or step-by-step examples, highlighting successes, mistakes, challenges, time invested, personal insights, lessons learned, etc.

As a local wholesaler who speaks to these sellers everyday, it is a hot market right now and the sellers know it.

Welcome @Jasper Burns , As you probably heard from all the BP podcasts, even the experts still say they learn something new everyday, so we all need to start somewhere.

I'm running an experiment for 90 days, reading about real estate everyday to see if it's something I want to get into.

There are significant number of pre-foreclosures happening in every neighborhood every day, and I am certain that a large number of neighborhoods, families are about to face pre-foreclosures everyday as well.

After living in it for a year I would probably come back to Durango and continue to rent a place as I do not want to commute everyday.  

I really appreciate how everyday people are willing to reach out newbies.
