Newbie Just Getting Started.

Good Afternoon BP!!!! My name is Winston currently reside in Stratford CT. Just getting started. Really interested in getting into fix and flips and possibly wholesaling. Looking to just learn from the great wealth of knowledge on this site. Will be joining my local Rei club as well as taking a real estate course to get my license. What else would be recommended for 1st timers just getting started. I'm also working on paying off some of the debt I accumulated when I remodeled my current home so money is very tight to say the least. Again my first step is learning the ropes. Any advice would be greatly accepted and appreciated.
