Do you own the land for the 115 unit development currently?

Eventually move on to wholesaling, and possibly flipping homes when I have experience dealing with homeowners.

Hello,I am in the central FL area and looking to build a real estate investing company starting with the concept of wholesales, fix and flips and eventually buy and holds.

When things scale systems become required to effectively manage property, and if it's not a focus of the company the investor will eventually be the one hurt in the process.Obviously I have no clue who you used to purchase the home and/or manage the property... just my 2 cents on the topic.   

We're looking at expanding from our current knowledge in the real estate industry (we both used to be agents in another state) and learn the ins and outs of flipping, wholesaling, and eventually renting. mostly looking to learn from the immense amount of knowledge within the community and hopefully share some of what we learned from the agents side as well. also hoping to meet up and network with others in the industry as well and get recommendations on good trade workers that work around the area as we haven't networked nearly at all since moving here.Looking forward to hearing and learning from you all.
