Start of my real estate investing career
I am 24 years old and have been doing electrical construction the last 4 years and am itching to dive into the world of real estate investing. I have roughly around 70k saved and am going to buy a home to live in/rent out to get a feel on what goes on with costs, fixing, etc. Eventually move on to wholesaling, and possibly flipping homes when I have experience dealing with homeowners. Was curious if anyone else took this approach or has any tips
