Just wondering since I am not part of the initial contact and booking process, the guests haven't communicated with me at all.

The things I am learning do not interest me at all.

I recently purchased a property well under market value from a seller who wishes to stay in place for a year and then purchase the property back from me at market value.

To answer the comments about why the seller would sell to me at a discount - I know them personally and they'd rather sell to me then go through the hassle of getting it ready to be listed.

I'm all in favor of protecting tenants from rapacious landlords, but Chicago and Cook County go off the deep end.

When that statement is made the deal means there is alot a meat on the bone where money can be made from the purchase.  

If it covers those expenses and gives me at least 100 dollars a door in cash flow, I will go for it. 

People are leaving the city for the suburbs, which makes perfect sense after so many have been forced to entertain their young children in 800 square foot apartments, cook on apartment sized stoves and share elevators with strangers during a pandemic.
