What have you found is the best way to find off market deals in Knoxville? Wholesalers, foreclosures, driving for dollars, direct mail, agents, etc? How have you found the the best off market deals?

@Justin Bergman - For me it's been wholesalers hands down. I also invest from out of state so it's been way more convenient too.
