May share later why after 4 years successful STR business I decided to gradually convert to LTR).I still have one unit left and VRBO is acting; the payout date which is supposedly hard printed in the reservation page under "payment" tab, gets re-edited every few days....I posted this to see if I am the only one in this situation, maybe because I have not renewed my subscription or something specific to my account or everyone else is seeing the same.If you are receiving payouts from VRBO smoothly or not, please share.

My hobbies are currently 3D printing, traveling, and "credit card hacking". 

Just read the fine print, some company’s make you stay in the home for 6 months to a year.

why do people keep asking this question while in local CU it's already printed 4.65% rate in their website ?

I have my own application that is filled out after the Zillow one, and I have my own lease which I have them print out or sign electronically.

Foreclosures skyrocked, unemployment jumped to over 20%, all the businesses that lost their clientele, customers, etc. from all the building related unemployment (brokerages, insurance companies, sub contractors, material suppliers, title companies, appraisers, sign shops, printing companies... cafes, hair salons, etc...

I found no properties or investors in several areas I looked and one in in a busy area of investing.  1497 is too expensive to not get what they claim without the fine print.

Ideally I want to give the exterior dimensions, then offer what I want to include and the software generate a few options that fit the foot print of the home I am remodeling.
