Zillow Rental Manager Pro vs Cons

Just purchased a SFH with detached studio. Plan to Long term rent house. My Realtor who owns multiple properties recommended Zillow Rental Manager for screening tenants and listing. Can you upload your own rental application or lease or do you have to use Zillows? Thanks for responses!
