My next example, I speak with HML over the phone whose information I was forwarded.

I use my phone calls and emails counts to tell me if I have my unit priced right.

I am looking into Wells Fargo right now, they told me over the phone they would do a HELOC at 80%LTV on a rental property, at any value of home.
