Hello all, I need to find a good GC to help me with a renovation on a 1200 sq foot brick ranch. It will need updated kitchen, bath, hvac, electrical, and minor roof work. I'm approved for a renovation loan so the contractor must be licensed and bonded with the state. Please message me if you have a good one, or are willing to help!
