I like the niche for sf and smaller multifamily, the in-house handyman service at cost, and the access to the set approved contractors is ideal (giving the small mom and pops access to the more efficient and experienced contractors)...

You may wish to reach an audience that responds to a buyer who appears to be a mon-and-pop operation as opposed to a larger group.Think through the audience you want to reach and what you think that they will respond to better.

An interesting article today on Bloomberg.The crux of the argument is that "mom & pop" investors with less experience (speculators) are becoming a much higher percentage of auction & foreclosure transactions, with institutional investors ("smart money"?)
