I've been soaking up information for several months now trying to arm myself with the tools I'll need in order to start finding great deals and making a steady flow of passive income.

I'll diversify into a new asset type and or market altogether.

I wanted to know if y’all know of anything good skip trace services that would get me the homeowners cell phone number and if so, what price I’ll would be looking at for the services?

I expect I'll get better at this with experience, but I'm hoping to avoid any crippling mistakes (and also I suppose overly conservative criteria).

I'll make a plan to come your way at some point.

Now after reading and some life experiences I realize where I went wrong and in ready to try this again.My goals are to flip at least 2 more and then after that I'll start holding on to those properties that will cash flow nicely.

I'll probably have to move on as I move up from the 2 rentals I currently have.
