But also not that great for selling off a property after 7 years.I guess my argument to keep it would be that we plan to keep it for a long time until the equity really starts to dip in our favor.My argument for selling it is that we could use the profit to really look for a great deal instead of holding onto this at a smaller cash flow.

@Robert Herrera I would typically argue that you will get more for a house without a tenant than rented - but in this market and that price point- there is a fair argument that you do about the same.
