Disclosure issues arise

I am in Escrow on a property currently. When calling for an additional insurance quote, the agent told me about a catastrophic payout of over $20k involving water. I received the disclosures a couple days later and nothing mentions any leaks, or floods. Obviously I understand on the surfaces what this looks like, but is this customary or is this an issue that I should consider pulling the offer pending the inspection (this is my initial right now). Thank you for insight.
