Hi, What's the average cost per sq ft for new carpet and install on a lower end flip. Home as an ARV of 115k located in Stockbridge, GA. What carpet are you all using (style, color, grade) and where's the best place to purchase? Thanks!

You live two hours from the carpet capital of the world (Dalton, GA).  You should be able to find very nice low-end carpet for less than $9 per square yard ($1 per square foot).  I haven't purchased from there in a while, but do some research online (or drive up there) and you should be able to find a lot of good outlets/distributors.
