Im sticking with Clev, Over the last 10 years it has treated me very well. 

I'm still at the very beginning, so I'm learning more about the different kinds of loans out there, as well as refinancing after doing value adds.

I've spent a lot of time on the pro forma as well, but a lot of the assumptions are based on the Houston market which I'm a lot more familiar with.Does this seem like a viable plan?

Hospitable integrated with pricelabs and my smart lock.I find hospitable to be very easy to use and reliable. it’s not as robust as some, but does the basic tasks really well

It’s like winning lottery - you take lump sum or annualWhen people say well banks do it, the banks can make a $100,000 loan with only $10,000 (fractional lending - which you and I cannot do).

I have seen it extended with an LOE - letter of explanation as well.Make sure that you have all of the information on the renters like contact info, length of time renting units, pets, and on the walk through make sure the units are well kept if you plan on keeping renters.
