I'm not sure about you, but when a site has to tell me that they are the #1 site for foreclosures, I'm always somewhat wary, especially when there are other sites out there that get a ton more traffic in the foreclosure space.

Once they finish up the new Highway and overpass to relieve the congestion it will be something else.

@Daniel Smilansky I have been to that one and it's great but it's too far and by the time I am off work I would be stuck in traffic and never make it.

I never look outside the Landlording forum and the moribund DIY because I'm not interested in dealmaking and financing at this point, which is much of the traffic.

And as we have established, motivated sellers look for credibility, and since only 15% of the people click on paid ads, not only do you get little traffic, you also attract NON motivated sellers.

Roswell, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek are all fairly close to GA-400 which will take you into Atlanta/Midtown but the traffic on GA-400 (pre-COVID) is horrendous.

Not sure how bad rush our traffic is getting in our of the city.

We are only 1 hour to downtown Toronto and the Go trains make it possible to not even need to do the drive if you don't want to fight the traffic. 

If you are driving traffic to your website offer some valuable information to your target audience that they would be willing to leave their information for.

Next, if there is any commercial activity to be done, it needs to be a very low or no public traffic type business, like a bookkeeper having an office in thier home.
