Thoughts on areas around Austin?

Hello All,

I am looking for deals in areas that are in easy commute distance to Austin, but don't really know the submarkets around it that well.  Does anyone have any experience in the areas around Austin, which might be cheaper now but could appreciation as the Austin tech expansion continues?  Any recommendation in some of the surrounding towns?

Thanks-

Neil

@Neil Polehn The northern suburbs have traditionally been the strongest for commuters looking to work with tech companies and other industries in north Austin. These markets include Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and Leander. Georgetown is also booming, yet a bit farther out for some. Cheaper and smaller markets to the east will also see growth over the next decade, but won't be built with the same infrastructure as their north and west counterparts. These east markets include Manor, Elgin, Taylor, and Hutto.
