Hi, I was surfacing around and found a local site that was for a credit company. They had a forum and people were asking questions concerning notices of foreclosure and what they should do! You can join and message the people as on BP. Sorry, don't know the name of it right now, but it's a community site, anyway I contacted four right off the bat! My thing would simply to explain some options and if they wil sell, pawn them off on some local investors....I'm done I think...LOL. Just thought I would pass that along in this thread. Search for credit repair and fix it foreclosure companies, credit counselling. Bill
