Other lenders are more foreclosure-happy and would rather start the foreclosure process than to give you a couple of days for the refinance to go through.If you need a loan for anything, whether it's new construction, transactional funding, short or long-term buy-and-hold, SBA, self-storage, adult family, parking garages, etc, I can probably help you find a lender.

You have to pay the Sheriff for the siezure and storage and it is really dumb to try this.

I talked to my landlady and she said to keep it up because she understands we need the storage space, but one of the brothers lives upstairs of the complex, and he's just upset that he wasn't left in charge of the estate.

The lot is large enough to divide, but the mobile home will have to be removed before dividing the lot.I'd hate to tear down the home if it is feasible to move it.

It's simply a source of info and may or may not be true for you.And frankly I could tell you to invest in commercial office, self-storage, or luxury apartments, but you should not do that...the reason is because as a tree grows so do investors.
