I am trying to find a local organization/company/investor to guide my education on learning how to get into real estate investing. 

Many workers at this property were not properly skilled and I have paid to re-do work for trim, plumbing and electrical.

The general opinion of the good folks in Wagener about this organization is either good (from the beautification of the town) to bad (in which they don't add much to the economy based on taxes).

If you are of a mindset of abundance, then there are plenty of deals and wealth to go around, and if there aren't you can learn the skills to create some, and you aren't training your competition, you are training your potential partners.

These loans don't have to be complicated but they do take more skill than a typical refi so ask them when was the last time they did a reno loan.

Same thing with any other powerful skill.

I would not do this with someone who has demonstrated terrible money management skills in the past as that is likely to crop up again.

IE trying to save half a point or 1% interest rate.Is it your plan to keep growing or are you just going to let it grow organically like when someone calls or you can grab the low hanging fruit.. when you get the truck up and running come explore the mountains of the west.. pretty awesome open spaces out here if you have never been.. !
