Advice/Education for new investor
I am trying to find a local organization/company/investor to guide my education on learning how to get into real estate investing. I have history as a loan officer and currently a residential appraiser. I know how to pull comps, access to MLS and all that good stuff however this is not sufficient to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have been watching for real estate analyst positions at local companies to try and learn their method to their madness.
Thanks
Jason
