There is a large possibility we might want to sell our home within the next year for a very large profit, but doing so would put us in the very tough position of finding an affordable home (less than $350K) here in the Boise area.

Even GCing some of the turns myself in house it can be tough to do turns for less than 6-8k when you I do heavy turns.  

Contractors right now as you are aware are tough to deal with.

Financing is tough with a new company.

I am a construction manager by day and I know it’s been tough finding quality guys.

This is a tough one because there are so many.

So if it’s in a different place than the rest of the shows it makes it tough.

Obviously if it’s trapped in wood, might make it a little tough, but will definitely help a lot.

It can be tough to find them with no experience.
