Scranton Area - New(ish)

Posted

Hi all! Excited to join the community. In the surrounding area of Scranton PA and currently, house hacking a 4 bed/3 BR property with two other individuals. Looking to expand my real estate investments in buy and hold properties that I can rent out while working full time.

Concerned with having enough money to make a down payment with the bank and hoping to learn about other financing options for income properties. Bank requires 25% down payment which will slow down my plans considerably. Would be curious if this is a time private lenders would be a good option.
