In addition to being a pharmacist and aspiring REI, I have a passion for fishing.

I had and will always have a passion for teaching, it's something special and I will never forget the memories and relationships I created, but I am happy I walked away from it to pursue a personal career where I could be my own boss as well as control more of my own life.

Love to see people who've found a way to integrate their passion with making a living.

It made you gear up and get passionate, it made you envision the restoration, it made you figure out the financing.

Best advice I can give you is find your WHY, your true passion for REI.

My advice to you is, if it’s meaning you’re after, forget about being a landlord and find something you’re passionate about where you can give back at the same time. 

We have never gotten any kind of cashflow from our properties, but I have a real interest/passion for real estate and think I would really enjoy doing this. 

:lol: Karen, the comment I made was an inside joke, as I am very passionate about what is going on.
