We already got rid of the wallpaper and painted the walls, my husband got rid of the green laminate floors and installed new flooring, we have also found an awesome vendor who organized brand new stainless steel appliances for us at an awesome price, we are busy replacing the white appliances as they cave in on us.

But we learn and we get up, brush our shoulders off and move on :)Thankfully, I was able to network with a local construction organization that was doing work in the area, and signed the house for a 2 year contract to house out of towner workers.

@Giovanni Cardenas, As surely as multiple organs are all working simultaneously...you have to ride those horses simultaneously....never stop finding funding, never stop finding buyers, never stop marketing, never stop diligently seeking deals...unless you chose to retire or have trained someone to do it on your behalf...or both.
