Ok, so I have read the books and the web success stories.

Whether it is direct mail, email marketing, web marketing, paid ads, or something else what have you seen success with? 

But, when I'm not learning about real-estate I do web design, app design (UX/UI) and photography.

I don't get naked for everyone....but it's part of his job...he needs access to my ummm errr "property".Seriously, I have been thinking that maybe I should have two lockboxes....one for the stage when I am having numerous people in and out...and a second once the rehab starts and I begin to have materials/appliances/etc delivered to the property.

Just my two cents, since I have seen many people try to launch online material and establish web presence without considering how they are going to even draw people in.

I've read many web pages on both, but most of the services seem be for huge property managers. 

That being said, I would ask Alex if that number is appraised value he is normally very responsive (I really never bought off the web site).
