Hello From San Diego!

Hi BP Forum,

My name is Minh and I'm from San Diego. I'd just like to say that the forum, articles, and audiobooks from BP have been super useful and given me some shred of hope for financial freedom.

Like others on this site, I've turned to real estate as one of my possible streams of passive income. But, when I'm not learning about real-estate I do web design, app design (UX/UI) and photography. My current 9-5 is awesome. I've won a couple of awards, written some articles for the industry, worked for corporate, agency as well as freelanced my own gigs. Looking back I've had a fulfilling career so far. 

There's a lot more I want to do with my life and I realized about 2 years ago, that the only way I could ever accomplish those things is if I became financially independent. Without boring everyone here, my two major goals beyond day-to-day living are:

1.) Animal/Environmental Conservation
2.) Health & Well-being of those living in third world and developing countries. 

So...that's me in a nutshell. Excited to start posting my newbie questions on here.
