How to get fully financed with no money down in AZ

Ok, so I have read the books and the web success stories. Yet, every single hard money lender on the internet wants 3-5k to even talk about hard money lending. Does anyone know of a true no money down company, that finances in AZ, that I can go to or speak with? I know that flipping house's can be very lucrative and I have a strong team of over 60 years in construction and remodeling behind me and willing to get the ball rolling. I just need to get my financial lending so I can find my deal. PLEASE ANSWER IF YOU HAVE A PLACE TO START!
